1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Nature of astrological content
Horoscopes, Kundali matches, predictions and remedies are provided for guidance and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you take based on them.
4. Orders, pricing and shipping
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and depend on courier partners and location.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method.
6. Returns & refunds
- Defective or damaged items can be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@astroguruhub.online.
- Energised, custom or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. consecrated rudraksha, gemstones once worn) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, post unlawful material, or infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software and predictions on the Service are owned by or licensed to OXYLON SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce them without permission.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXYLON SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raigad / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
